Ban Quản lý Khu công nghệ cao và các khu công nghiệp Đà Nẵng (Ban Quản lý) được thành lập tại Quyết định số 1296/QĐ-TTg ngày 03 tháng 10 năm 2018 của Thủ tướng Chính phủ, là cơ quan trực thuộc UBND thành phố Đà Nẵng, thực hiện chức năng quản lý nhà nước trực tiếp đối với Khu công nghệ cao và các Khu công nghiệp trên địa bàn thành phố Đà Nẵng; quản lý và tổ chức thực hiện chức năng cung ứng dịch vụ hành chính công và dịch vụ hỗ trợ khác liên quan đến hoạt động đầu tư và sản xuất kinh doanh cho các nhà đầu tư trong Khu công nghệ cao và các Khu công nghiệp theo quy định của pháp luật.
Cơ cấu tổ chức: Ban Quản lý có Văn phòng điều hành và 04 phòng chuyên môn, nghiệp vụ gồm:
– Phòng Đầu tư và hợp tác quốc tế
– Phòng Quản lý Doanh nghiệp
– Phòng Xây dựng và môi trường
– Phòng Khoa học và công nghệ.

The Da Nang Specific Economic Zones Authority (hereinafter referred to as “the Authority”) was established under Decision No. 1296/QĐ-TTg dated October 3, 2018, issued by the Prime Minister of Vietnam. The Authority is an agency under the People’s Committee of Da Nang City, responsible for performing the direct state management over the Hi-Tech Park and Industrial Zones located within the city.
In addition to its regulatory role, the Authority is tasked with managing and delivering public administrative services and other support services related to investment, production, and business activities for investors operating in the Hi-Tech Park and Industrial Zones, in accordance with the provisions of law.
Organizational Structure:
The Authority consists of the Executive Office and four specialized divisions, as follows:
– Investment and International Cooperation Division
– Enterprise Management Division
– Construction and Environment Division
– Science and Technology Division
