How do I pre-register for the offline exhibition of Smart Factory + Automation World?
You can pre-register by clicking “Pre-Registration” under the “Visitor” tab above.
When will the pre-registration for Smart Factory + Automation World end?
The pre-registration will be opened from March 1st to September 25th, 2024.
Is pre-registration mandatory to visit Smart Factory + Automation World offline?
No, pre-registration is not mandatory but we recommend you to pre-register when you can because you can visit our show on-site free of charge.
Can I pre-register via phone?
No, you cannot pre-register via landline or mobile phone. You can enter the personal information required for pre-registration only on the main website.
I didn’t get any confirmation of my pre-registration. How can I check if my pre-registration is successfully done?
You’ll receive “confirmation email” within 10 minutes after your pre-registration. Please don’t forget to check your spam mails. You can also check if your pre-registration is done by clicking “Confirm Your Registration” tab under the “Visitor” tab above.
When can I get the QR code?
You’ll receive the QR code on March 26th, 2024, which is the day before the show. It will be sent via your email. In case of not receiving the email, you can still get your entry badge by checking your personal information on-site at the registration desk.
I completed my pre-registration. What’s the check-in procedure?
Please scan your QR code at the Kiosk located at the registration desk and get your entry pass.
Can I visit the show any time, any day?
Yes, by issuing your entry pass once, you can use it for whole 3 days.
What is Directory for?
You can look up exhibitors and products of Smart Factory + Automation World from Directory.
How do I search by country/product?
e.g. Can I search for sensor manufacturers based in China? In the search filter on Directory, select China for Country and Sensor technology for Categories, and click SHOW RESULTS.
Is there a faster way to search for a company or product?
You can use the Quick Search function at the top right.
