Kệ Shuttle là hệ thống kệ kho tự động hiện đại, sử dụng robot để trung chuyển hàng hóa trên các đường ray được tích hợp sẵn. Robot Shuttle được điều khiển từ xa bằng kết nối wifi ( điện thoại, máy tính bảng), giúp vận hành nhanh chóng, chính xác và hoàn toàn không cần người điều khiển trực tiếp tiến vào bên trong kho. Nhờ vậy, xe nâng không cần di chuyển sâu vào kệ, giảm thiểu rủi ro va chạm, tiết kiệm thời gian và tăng mật độ lưu trữ lên gấp 3 lần so với hệ thống kệ truyền thống.
Robot Shuttle của Eurorack được thiết kế để vận hành liên tục trong khoảng 12 – 14 giờ, nhờ sử dụng pin chuyên dụng có khả năng tái tạo năng lượng khi giảm tốc. Điều này giúp hệ thống duy trì hiệu suất cao trong ca làm việc dài, đồng thời giảm chi phí năng lượng và nhân công.
Shuttle Racking is a modern automated warehouse system that uses robots to transport goods along integrated rails. The Shuttle Robot is remotely controlled via a remote control or Wi-Fi-enabled devices (such as smartphones or tablets), enabling fast and accurate operations without the need for direct human access inside the racking system. As a result, forklifts no longer have to drive deep into the racks, minimizing the risk of collisions, saving time, and tripling storage density compared to traditional racking systems.
Eurorack’s Shuttle Robot is designed to operate continuously for approximately 12–14 hours, thanks to a specialized battery capable of regenerative energy recovery during deceleration. This allows the system to maintain high performance during long shifts while also reducing energy and labor costs.
