Meeting between Korea Smart Manufacturing Office (๐๐๐๐๐), Ministry of SMEs & Startups Korea (๐๐๐), Korea Electrical Manufacturers Association (๐๐๐๐๐), Ho Chi Minh Center For Supporting Industries Developemnt (๐๐๐๐), Ho Chi Minh City Association Of Mechanical – Electrial Enterprose (๐๐๐๐๐) and Vietnam Association of Supporting Industries (๐๐๐๐) – hosted by COEX this morning at New World Hotel.
During the meeting, KOSMO introduced that smart factory policies from Korea, along with the energy development in Korea by KOEMA representatives. Promoting trade by introducing South Korean technologies and suppliers to Vietnam, through international seminars, conferences in both countries, and enhancing connectivity South Korean business in Vietnam. COEX introduced the COEX Exhibition Center and highlighted exhibitions hosted in both Korea and Vietnam, including various overseas trade shows. The focus this year in Vietnam, particularly in Binh Duong, revolves around AW & ELECS, aiming to bolster Vietnam’s industrial capabilities, foster knowledge exchange between Vietnamese and Korean businesses, and create new business opportunities. Ms. Loan โ Vice Chairwoman of HAMEE proposed the collaboration ideas to further connect Vietnamese suppliers to the technologies from Korea. Mr. Tong โ Vice Chairman of VASI suggested several partnership ideas for business matching events in Vietnam and Korea in 2024 and 2025. On the other hand, Ms. Oanh โ Vice Director of CSID believes that AW & ELECS will be the opportunity to develop further the mutual business partnership between the two countries. This collaboration will advance Vietnam’s technology on the global stage and promote sustainable growth in its industrial capacity for the future.
